For the safety of the animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. We strive to make our patients feel comfortable during visits to our premises. It is natural that they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets encountered in the waiting room. This is one of the reasons that we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and cash.
Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection and that of others, all animals must be on a leash or in a pet carrier and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
My Vets Booking Policy

At My Vets, we respect the time of our clients and aim to provide patient health care in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and late cancellations inconvenience our clients, patients, and our team. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

We understand you may be busy; to remind you of the booking, we will send you a confirmation message before your appointment. We ask that you confirm or contact the clinic on the same day to cancel or reschedule with no penalty.

A $50 booking fee applies to secure a weekday procedure or a Saturday appointment. This fee is credited to your account and will go towards costs on the day.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for consultations and 48 hours for procedures. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than the above time will result in a $50 fee as appointments are in high demand.
